Phone randomly freezes constantly

Sometimes my phones just freezes like when I try to click a button the screen doesn't respond or when I try and scroll up or down it just freezes but I can still exit the app it's not like the whole phone is frozen. Does this happen to anyone else? This is on my iPhone 17 with iOS 26.3
