Help: Why does this keep popping up every 5 seconds on my phone?

This happened a few weeks ago as well. However I was in a low network area so i figured this was happening due to that. But this thing started again today. Its so annoying. Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you! submitted by /u/doink_meister [link] [comments]
