My freezer always has a frozen pizza or two in it, including my absolute favorite hometown pie. But sometimes I don’t want to make a whole frozen pizza for just myself. That’s where Riccardo’s Authentic French Bread Pizza comes in. It’s a perfect single serving for a quick and easy lunch or dinner — and it’s absolutely delicious.

What You Should Know About Riccardo’s Authentic French Bread Pizza
Riccardo’s Pizza sells a few different French bread pizzas at QVC (as well as Gourmet Loaded Texas Toast Sandwiches that are calling my name). The one I was immediately interested in was the Chicken Parm flavor — and it’s already starting to sell out!

It comes in a pack of eight frozen French bread pizzas — that are each about the length of a banana — for $73. They’re super simple to make: Just pop them in the air fryer for up to 10 minutes or the oven for up to 20. Plus, because each pizza is wrapped individually, they’re easy to store in my packed freezer.

My Honest Review of Riccardo’s Authentic French Bread Pizza
These French bread pizzas are loaded with grilled chicken, melty mozzarella cheese, and a light, sweet pizza sauce. My favorite thing about them, though? The lightly crisp French bread. That crunch is what keeps me coming back, bite after bite.
It helps that they’re so easy to make, too. When I’m hungry, I’m hungry. So knowing I can have this pizza ready in about 10 minutes (plus preheating time) is perfect for me. I noticed the top tends to brown fast, so I would just recommend having some aluminum foil on deck to cover so the pizza can heat all the way through without burning.
These frozen pizzas also make for great appetizers. For our Super Bowl party, my husband and I cooked off a couple pizzas and sliced them up so we could pick at them along with all our other game-day foods. I honestly love having these in my freezer for any occasion — even if that occasion is simply that I don’t feel like cooking.
